company's inception in 1977, and is in charge of the
establishment of QC system / QC related matters.

were awarded a "Class B Factory Quality Control
Certificate" from the Bureau of Commodity
Inspection & Quarantine, MOEA in 1980.

were awarded a "Class A Factory Quality Control
Certificate" from the Bureau of Commodity
Inspection & Quarantine, MOEA in 1982.

| We
became Certified ISO 9002 in 1995.

| We
became Certified QS 9000 in 1998.

| Proceeding
TL 9000 from Sep. 2000 on and application for
certification planned for July 2001. |
