The
completion of the Ledtech China Factory
The Ledtech China Factory of Ledtech Group was completed in
August 2000 and moved in on Sep. 3, 2000. The new plant has five
floors with 3,000 M2 of space on each floor. The first floor and
the mezzanine are planned for administration office, education
center and warehouse; the second floor is the display product
line; the third floor houses the lamp product line; and the
fourth and fifth floors are reserved for future expansion. The
company anticipates the concerted efforts of all employees to
bring about the smooth operation of the new plant.

Preparation
for OTC listing
The OTC listing task force working with lead underwriter Polaris
Securities has been running in full gear since September 2000 in
preparation for the listing application. We plan to submit the
application to OTC Securities Exchange on July 28, 2001. Thus we
hope that all departments will give their full cooperation by
providing required documentation and information upon the
